Rose Test Garden
Operated by the City of Portland Parks and Recreation Department, these 4.5 acres of over 10,000 different rose plants start blooming in early May and can last up until November. The Rose Test Garden is made possible with support from the Portland Rose Society, the Royal Rosarians, Portland Rose Festival Association and other civic groups.
